📋 Description

• Examine sales, account management, and business retention metrics • Control strategic business plans for accounts and customer relationships • Support profitable growth and other business objectives • Perform and support plan changes and ID card facilitation • Conduct inbound phone calls and complete documentation requests • Oversee prior authorization and accessibility processes • Resolve claims issues and manage manual eligibility adds and terminations • Facilitate and participate in external-facing meetings

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a pharmacy, PBM, or insurance setting • Certified Pharmacy Technician preferred • Basic awareness of problem solving and decision-making skills • Previous experience with Salesforce • Bachelor’s degree preferred • High school diploma or GED required
