📋 Description

• Support large, matrixed implementation projects that advance network strategy and modernization • Apply strong project management skills to deliver key initiatives against defined project metrics • Manage pilots and evaluations that support business cases for new and enhanced operating models • Drive supply chain transformation through data-driven decision-making and business case development • Help streamline and standardize processes and ways of working • Define requirements, project plans, deliverables, and timelines, and track projects through to successful completion

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of supply chain, operations, or engineering experience • 1 year of infrastructure project management experience (e.g., DC build-out, automation implementation, or facility overhaul) • Exposure to warehouse automation and/or material handling systems (e.g., conveyor and sortation, goods-to-person/ASRS, pick- or put-to-light, robotics) • Bachelor's degree • Lean or Lean Six Sigma certification (Green or Black Belt) • PMP certification • High attention to detail, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, shift priorities, and meet critical deadlines in a continuously changing environment • Strong business acumen, including the ability to identify and track operating metrics that evaluate business case success
