📋 Description

• Provides hands‑on technical coordination and delivery support for Aetna transactional Cache initiatives • Partners with application teams, Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE), Infrastructure, Security, Applicaiton teams, and Program Management to migrate the On-prem data to Cloud data platforms • Acts as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for the development and implementation of new systems and enhancement of existing systems • Evaluates new applications and identifies systems requirements • Prepares communications and makes presentations on system enhancements and/or alternatives • Ensures the successful implementation of business analysis solutions, including leading and managing technology projects • Assesses the feasibility and potential impact of adopting new business analysis advances • Collaborates with stakeholders and technology teams to foster strong relationships, ensuring that their needs and expectations are effectively addressed • Determines whether vendor deliverables align with business requirements and adhere to quality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of work experience in IT industry • 5+ years of experience acting as a liaison between the IT development groups and business units for the development and implementation of new systems • 5+ years of experience collaborating with stakeholders and technology teams • 1+ years of experience migrating Marklogic to cloud platforms • 1+ years of experience with AWS cloud • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
