📋 Description

• serves as the primary owner of assigned project requests from intake through delivery support • partners with stakeholders to understand business challenges and document current-state processes • define requirements and ensure work meets established delivery readiness standards before development begins • translating complex business needs into actionable insights and project requirements • drive the project through delivery - managing timelines, ensuring necessary stakeholder involvement, partnering with development teams, and following the established project management structure and checklist

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or a related field • Must be experienced in communicating ideas in both technical and user-friendly language • 1+ years of project management experience • 1+ years of experience documenting complex business process flows for optimization • Experience in healthcare industry preferred • Prior experience working in agile environment and with Agile Project Management tools • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn new business processes and experience in process improvement methodologies such as Lean Thinking and Six Sigma • Experience with project management tools such as QuickBase, Smartsheet, Jira • Ability to work efficiently under potentially ambiguous circumstances • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization. • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
