📋 Description

• Design and maintain the OpEx semantic data layer in Snowflake • Develop and deploy advanced analytical models and AI/ML applications • Build and maintain automation flows that eliminate manual reporting • Develop network-level PowerBI dashboards • Own OpEx's platform requirements and represent them directly in platform design • Drive the OpEx analytics and AI roadmap • Use data, modeling, and AI to optimize WMS/LMS settings • Lead cross-functional analysis with routing, transportation, and inventory teams • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts • Train OpEx colleagues and site leadership on tools and methods • Mentor OpEx colleagues on advanced analytical techniques • Plan and execute multiple projects in parallel

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience with semantic layer design and SQL • 3+ years of demonstrated success managing projects, including cross-functional and network-level initiatives • 3+ years experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment • 3+ years experience developing in PowerBI — including data modeling, DAX, and dashboard design at the network level • 3+ years experience with WMS (Manhattan Active a plus) and/or LMS systems and database structure • 2+ years working directly with lean, process improvement, continuous improvement, or similar • Programming and scripting experience with (Python, SQL, or similar) for automation, modeling, and data engineering work. • Travel up to 30%
