📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale, cross-functional technology initiatives, including digital transformation and platform modernization efforts • Serve as the primary liaison between technology and business teams, ensuring alignment on goals, scope, dependencies, and outcomes • Drive project planning, execution, and delivery, including timeline management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution to meet scope, budget, and schedule targets • Translate business requirements into actionable technical plans in collaboration with engineering, product, data, security, and infrastructure teams • Provide clear direction and oversight to delivery teams while maintaining hands-on involvement in execution • Deliver executive-level reporting and insights, ensuring transparency on progress, risks, financials, and adherence to governance and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project or program management delivering complex technology initiatives in large, matrixed organizations • Proven experience leading digital transformation or large-scale technology modernization efforts • Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution (“roll-up-your-sleeves” mindset) • Demonstrated success managing multiple stakeholders at varying levels, including senior executives • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA or similar platforms and expertise in project delivery methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) • Experience with financial and budget management tools such as Clarity or equivalent systems • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)
