📋 Description

• Conduct virtual patient assessments (history, symptoms, guided physical exam where appropriate) • Diagnose and manage GI-related conditions in alignment with clinical protocols • Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests within scope of practice • Develop and update individualized care plans in collaboration with supervising physicians and care team • Escalate complex or high-risk cases to supervising physician as needed • Accurately document patient encounters in the electronic health record • Participate in case reviews, chart audits, and team meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Current, unrestricted PA-C license in the United States, with willingness to obtain additional state licenses (Cylinder will cover costs as needed) • Experience managing patients with chronic conditions or in a GI specialty (e.g., IBS, IBD) • Ability to practice independently within scope, while collaborating effectively with supervising physician and care team
