📋 Description

• Support execution of farm-level environmental programs (e.g., RCPP, DFA AMP, and related initiatives), including scheduling farm calls, coordinating assessments, tracking participation, and ensuring all activities align with program workplans and deliverables • Support development of sustainability reports and program deliverables by preparing first-draft inputs, organizing farm-level data, compiling survey and assessment results, and formatting materials to support analysis and reporting • Support updates to Newtrient’s Solutions Catalog and related sustainability resources by organizing technology evaluation inputs, maintaining documentation, and preparing structured summaries of on-farm practices and solutions to support internal review and farmer-facing materials • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver materials for sustainability presentations and meetings • Provide coordination support across Newtrient-led projects by tracking tasks, maintaining project documentation, supporting workflow organization, and assisting with cross-team communication to ensure timely execution of deliverables • Support routine updates to Newtrient communications channels, including assisting with website updates, document management, and drafting or formatting contributions to Newtrient News and related communications materials as directed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in environmental science, agriculture, sustainability, data analytics, or a related field • 0–2+ years of relevant experience in sustainability, agriculture, environmental programs, data analysis, or project coordination preferred • Ability to work effectively with a team of cross-functional experts in multiple locations • Strong analytical and writing skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite • Detail-oriented with strong sense of commitment, willingness to learn more, and ability to thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven team environment
