📋 Description

• Support implementation of data quality practices, including rules, standards, and monitoring. • Partner across business, data, and IT stakeholders to identify, track, and help resolve data quality issues. • Develop and maintain data quality reporting and dashboards, clearly communicating insights and progress to stakeholders. • Assist in identifying key master data domains and documenting how they are used across systems. • Support data ownership and stewardship activities, including documentation of roles and responsibilities. • Contribute to improving master data processes (e.g., data creation, updates, and change handling). • Help align data definitions, values, and structures across systems in partnership with business and IT. • Support execution of data quality and MDM initiatives, including tracking progress and outcomes. • Contribute to data governance projects and enhancements, supporting planning, execution, and delivery of improvements. • Identify opportunities to streamline or automate data quality and governance processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree required. • Five-seven (5–7) years of experience in data governance, data quality, master data management or similar role. • Experience contributing to data quality practices (rules, monitoring, remediation). • Understanding of Master Data Management (MDM) concepts such as domains, hierarchies, and reference data. • Ability to analyze data and identify issues using datasets and querying tools. • Experience developing and supporting dashboards or reporting for data insights. • Experience working with business and IT stakeholders to understand data usage and resolve issues. • Working knowledge of data models, data marts, and data warehousing. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Experience with data governance or data management tools (e.g., Informatica, Collibra, Alation) is preferred. • Certifications Preferred: CDMP (Certified Data Management Professional) or progress toward certification. DAMA or data governance/data quality-related certifications.
