📋 Description

• Accountable for the performance and results of Danaher’s Clinical Center of Excellence • Provides strategic oversight of the Global Clinical Research team • Maintains current knowledge of innovative clinical evidence strategies • Develops strategies that provide new differentiated evidence solutions • Establishes collaborative relationships with leaders across Danaher operating companies • Assesses clinical capabilities across the global team • Drives operational efficiencies and implements best practices across clinical operations • Manages the full lifecycle of clinical study programs • Develops clinical evidence strategies to support novel diagnostic products

🎯 Requirements

• Master's Degree or Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Clinical Research, or a related field, or an M.D. • A minimum of 10 years of industry or relevant experience successfully executing in vitro diagnostic studies. • At least 7 years of supervisory experience is required. • Directly related experience in Clinical Program planning and execution • Understanding of clinical strategy, regulatory affairs, assay/instrument principles involving in vitro diagnostic product design and usage • Demonstrated career success in achieving commercial release of products related to diagnostics, life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical development is highly desirable.
