📋 Description

• Support business growth objectives by providing strategic and tactical leadership across the national transport function for a medical waste organization • Develop and execute a national transport strategy aligned with organizational objectives • Optimize route planning and fleet utilization • Oversee national transport operations • Develop organizational safety and compliance programs pertaining to transport • Foster a culture of safety and operational excellence • Monitor and manage the 4 pillars of operation management: Safety, Compliance, Service, and Efficiency • Manage fleet resource allocation and vendor relationships

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Mathematics, Operations Management, or related field preferred • 10+ years of senior transport experience at management level • Transport systems implementation experience • Business growth experience • Transport capital budgeting experience • Strong understanding of transport safety regulations • Proven leadership and team development capabilities.
