📋 Description

• Lead product strategy and execution for the Outreach team within Payer Data Product • Drive technology-first approach to outreach to Providers via internal operations teams • Set vision for the product by outlining customer needs, addressing them, and planning future evolution • Engage with customers and customer-facing teams regularly • Identify areas of ambiguity and provide clear direction • Write great product documentation including roadmaps and business cases • Collaborate across the organization to drive adoption and address objections • Lead by example and attitude

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in product management, product strategy, or similar role ideally at a B2B health tech or healthcare company • Experience building and managing call center products, healthcare data workflows, or other high-volume, operations-focused systems • Thoughtful work approach • Highly organized with the ability to track multiple threads • Exceptional writing skills for documents and presentations • Great communication skills and leadership in planning meetings • Motivated to set and achieve both big vision and execution steps • Team player with empathy and understanding of others' motivations • Proactive in defining product evolution
