📋 Description
• Assist the General Counsel’s Office with engagement letters and client outside counsel guidelines • Review client questionnaires and NDAs for risk provisions • Support Business Development compliance with professional responsibility rules • Liaise with Vendor Management Office for contract reviews • Conduct conflicts analysis for lateral attorney hires
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in New York • A minimum of three years of experience in a large law firm • Working knowledge of the Rules of Professional Responsibility • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to maintain flexibility as priorities change
