• Lead the onboarding experience for newly hired positions in the department • Collaborate with the Management Team to design and deliver impactful training programs • Support Word Processing team members in mastering required applications • Coordinate and/or facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions • Develop, maintain, and optimize the department’s training materials • Measure training effectiveness and implement improvements • Develop and manage a mentorship program • Collaborate with the Management Team to identify training needs • Execute hands-on complex document projects
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience • Strong training, coaching, and mentoring skills • Proficiency in all platforms used in the department including MS 365, Acrobat, Litera Compare, NTD, Contract Companion, DocXTools, ABBYY FineReader, OmniPage • Fast and accurate keyboarding (65WPM) • Ability to maintain professional composure in high-pressure situations • Superior organizational and project management skills • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality • Flexible and accommodating to meet evolving needs
