📋 Description

• Support and enhance Workday configurations, workflows, and overall system functionality • Develop and maintain integrations between Workday and third-party systems • Assist with reporting, analytics, dashboards, and data validation efforts • Partner with functional and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend scalable solutions • Investigate and resolve issues tied to integrations, reporting logic, system performance, or data accuracy • Participate in testing cycles, deployments, system upgrades, and production support activities • Contribute to ongoing process improvements and platform optimization initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Strong technical understanding of the Workday platform and its core architecture • Experience working with integrations, reporting, and system configuration in a production environment • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and communicate solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical teams • Experience supporting enterprise business applications in a collaborative environment • Familiarity with HR, Payroll, Financials, or Time Tracking processes within Workday
