📋 Description

• Act as a project lead and trusted analytic partner. • Proactively influence strategic direction and answer advanced analytical questions. • Monitor the performance of value-based care programs and drive operational improvements through data. • Identify and address business questions by formulating analytic hypotheses and designing methodologies. • Translate complex analyses into a narrative with clear recommendations.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public health, health informatics, analytics, math, statistics, computer science, or a related field. • 2+ years of experience with business/data analysis (healthcare preferred). • Proven experience leading projects or workstreams. • Advanced Proficiency in SQL: Ability to write complex queries, joins, and perform data manipulation. • Intermediate to Advanced Tableau: Ability to design and utilize interactive dashboards. • Advanced Excel & PowerPoint: Expert-level skills in data manipulation and executive-level presentation design.
