• Responsible for the creation & management of clinical training programs curriculum content • Optimize knowledge transfer through ongoing training program updates • Build partnerships with key teammates across departments • Ensure processes, programs, and special projects are efficiently developed and launched
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in clinical writing and education programs • Ability to manage and evaluate educational materials • Knowledge of California Board of Registered Nursing (CBON) requirements • Strong collaboration and communication skills • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
