📋 Description
• Build predictive models for patient events and HCP engagement • Scale Next Best Action (NBA) solutions across brands and channels • Develop GenAI agents, RAG workflows, and AI-powered decision tools • Build and maintain end ‑ to ‑ end ML pipelines (Databricks, AWS/Azure ML) • Apply MLOps best practices: model versioning, monitoring, CI/CD • Work with healthcare datasets (claims, EHR, CRM, digital engagement) • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Analytics to deliver insights
🎯 Requirements
• Master’s or PhD in a quantitative field • 5–7+ years in data science/ML (pharma commercial preferred) • Strong Python, SQL, ML modeling, NLP • Experience with LLMs, GenAI frameworks, LangChain/AutoGen • Hands ‑ on with Databricks, AWS/Azure ML, MLOps
