📋 Description

• Lead and manage the growing sales team for Product Sustainability in the Americas region • Motivate the team to reach individual quotas and sufficient sale pipe coverage continuously • Use Salesforce reports and dashboards to report individual rep metrics • Report on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and YTD performance, including measurement of team’s impact on revenue • Participate in regular company and office meetings to share team/program progress • Delivery on individual sales quota by completing sales directly

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience with building, managing, and guiding sales teams • Experience in the Challenger Sales Methodology or experience implementing a consultative sales process • Detail-orientation with an ability to teach key sales techniques • Proven history of establishing and executing an inside sales training and development programs • Strong planning, writing, presentation and communication skills • Experience in the SaaS, Software or Technology industry is preferred
