📋 Description

• Develops and maintains a pipeline of prospective clients through networking, referrals, cold calling, and lead generation activities. • Assesses client needs and financial situations to recommend suitable insurance products and coverage options. • Explains policy features, benefits, and terms clearly to help clients make informed decisions. • Processes applications, renewals, and policy changes in a timely and accurate manner. • Maintains accurate client records and track all interactions using CRM or agency management systems. • Meets or exceeds monthly and annual sales targets and performance metrics. • Stays current on product offerings, underwriting guidelines, and industry regulations. • Provides ongoing customer service and support, assisting clients with claims and policy questions. • Collaborates with underwriters, adjusters, and other insurance professionals to ensure customer satisfaction. • Performs other duties as assigned.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred. • Property & Casualty Insurance License (Preferred) or passing the state licensing exam, once hired. • Proven experience in inside sales or the insurance industry, with expertise in the sales process and client management required • Experience with managing customer relationships • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team • Entrepreneurial spirit • Problem-solving mentality
