📋 Description
• Prepare and draft enforcement correspondence in accordance with regulatory standards • Monitor and track enforcement cases to ensure compliance with timelines and deadlines • Coordinate and support administrative hearings, including documentation preparation • Organize and maintain case files, ensuring accuracy and completeness • Participate in enforcement meetings and document outcomes and action items • Process Freedom of Access Act (FOAA) requests within required timeframes • Review and redact documents for FOAA compliance following statutory guidelines • Conduct quality assurance reviews of case materials and data entry for accuracy • Maintain detailed and organized records across systems and databases
🎯 Requirements
• Experience in compliance, regulatory, legal support, or case management environments • Strong written communication skills, including report and correspondence drafting • Ability to analyze information and draw sound conclusions • Experience coordinating multiple tasks and managing deadlines • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database systems
