📋 Description
• Oversees, leads, plans, directs and executes all aspects of the Consumer Lending Operations department’s subgroups • Responsible for providing support to the sales team in the production of consumer loans • Ensures cross selling of products and services • Oversees all aspects of Consumer Operational decisions for the Credit Union • Responsible for and drives production within the subgroups of the Consumer Lending Operations Department
🎯 Requirements
• 5-7 years of Consumer Lending operations experience • 2-3 years of collateral management experience • A minimum of five years of management experience in a financial institution • Advanced credit experience • Ability to analyze and evaluate loan requests and make credit decisions • Knowledge of budget process • Demonstrated experience in financial principles and practices required • Excellent oral and written communication skills
