Dayforce is a cloud-based human capital management (HCM) platform (a product of Ceridian) that provides payroll, HR, benefits, talent management, workforce management (time and attendance, scheduling), and analytics in a single application intended for employers. It is delivered as enterprise SaaS to organizations to manage their workforce and payroll processes.

📋 Description

• Coordinate logistics and execution for all conferences and company events • Manage conference vendor relationships and be the point of contact on all conference execution • Track and report on all conference metrics, including list quality, meetings generated, and pipeline generated • Track and report in a timely manner all expenses related to events managed • Execute conference pre and post promotion, such as social media, email marketing, and landing page creation • Monitor the pre and post conference outreach executed by sales, SDRs, and operations and report out to the team on outreach status, success, and roadblocks

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field • 3+ years of experience in a marketing or events role • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, SharePoint, Teams) and Zoom • Experience with WordPress, HubSpot, and Salesforce a plus • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere) a plus, but not required
