📋 Description
• Resolve insurance claim denials for assigned departments • Generate written appeals to carriers • Manage complicated denied claims • Analyze to recognize trends in denied claims • Communicate denial patterns to management • Process large volume of denials
🎯 Requirements
• 3-5 years experience in medical practice billing • ICD-10 and CPT coding assessment skills • CPC certification preferred • Intermediate PC software experience • Advanced verbal and written communication skills • Solid understanding of claims denial appeal logic
