📋 Description
• Make outbound and receive inbound calls from people interested in applying for disability benefits • Determine eligibility for disability benefits through simple questions • Gather sensitive personal and financial details for application submission • Accurately compile and evaluate personal and financial data • Maintain adherence to HIPAA and company information security policies
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in a high-touch customer service or call center environment • Fluent in English and Spanish • Excellent phone skills • Strong data entry skills • Experience working remotely in a private, quiet office space
