📋 Description

• Responsible for crafting well-written, accurate and compelling responses to RFPs • Directly supporting growth targets by delivering persuasive new sales and renewal proposals • Writing tailored, persuasive responses to RFPs • Identifying creative ways to visually convey information • Developing win themes and determining key messages • Collaborating with teams across the organization to craft responses • Working within the structured RFP process that incorporates stakeholder inputs and strict deadlines • Creating and customizing content for Statements of Qualifications (SOQs), presentations, and marketing materials • Editing proposals for responsiveness, accuracy, style, and adherence to sales strategy • Contributing to improving processes for working with subject matter experts • Complying with agency management system data standards and data integrity

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience • Two (2) or more years relevant experience in new business proposal (RFP) writing, marketing or project management • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage senior professionals and sales teams across the firm • Strong attention to detail in writing and editing documents • Ability to work within a team and foster teamwork • Strong project management skills and ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining a high standard • Proficient with graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite) • Proficient in Microsoft Office products
