β’ Review and preparation of analysis of Chapter 13 Plan β’ Work with attorneys to submit the analysis of Chapter 13 Plans to our clients β’ Communication and follow up with client re: necessary information β’ Review and updating of client systems β’ Provide support to attorneys
π― Requirements
β’ High School Diploma β’ Previous law firm experience is preferred but not required β’ Bankruptcy or Mortgage Servicing experience preferred but not required β’ Must have the ability to communicate with Trustees, Bankruptcy Courts, Local Counsel and Debtors Attorneys β’ Must have ability to interpret client systems. β’ Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet β’ Must be organized and multi-task oriented β’ Must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written
