β’ Respond to status inquiries β’ Document preparation, Quality control β’ Update internal processing systems β’ Update and monitor clientβs 3rd party systems β’ Communicate with clients/vendors/borrowers β’ Assist with other duties and special projects as needed
π― Requirements
β’ High School Diploma required β’ Foreclosure or office experience preferred but not required β’ Must be organized and multi-task oriented β’ Possess good organizational skills and attention to detail β’ Ability to identify and resolve issues in a timely manner β’ Must be proficient in software tools including but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook and the Internet β’ Overall positive attitude and willingness to adapt to change β’ Team player and willing to provide assistance in multiple areas whenever is necessary
