📋 Description
• Lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-impact education programs • Own curriculum strategy and execution across multiple modalities • Partner with internal subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into engaging learning experiences • Deliver select training programs to internal teams and external customers • Evaluate training effectiveness using learner feedback and performance metrics
🎯 Requirements
• 4–7+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, or corporate training • Proven experience designing education for both internal teams and external customers • Experience developing content across eLearning, virtual, and instructor-led formats • Experience in healthcare, dental, medical device, or technical industries preferred • Strong curriculum design and instructional design expertise • Experience with eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar) • Bachelor’s degree preferred
