📋 Description

• Own and optimize the end-to-end procurement process, identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements • Negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms and uncover cost savings • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to onboard vendors smoothly • Use data to assess procurement performance and make informed recommendations • Champion procurement tooling and automation to drive efficiency • Act as a trusted partner across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, ideally within a high-growth technology company • Hands-on experience with procurement tools like Ramp, Zip, or comparable platforms • Strong relationships with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure • High standard with initiative and being a team player • Experience building AI-enabled workflows within a procurement context is a plus • Restless attitude toward process improvement
