📋 Description

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for drilling campaigns, rig modifications, maintenance programs, and capital projects. • Translate engineering deliverables and technical requirements into integrated project plans. • Support preparation of work breakdown structures (WBS), project scope, and milestone tracking. • Ensure proper sequencing of activities across engineering, procurement, construction, and offshore operations. • Monitor project progress against baselines, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions. • Perform schedule analysis including critical path and risk assessments. • Support cost control and resource planning by providing input on manpower, equipment, and materials. • Maintain accurate reporting of project performance metrics. • Collaborate with engineering, drilling, maintenance, and operations teams to align schedules with rig readiness. • Coordinate with supply chain to ensure timely delivery of long-lead equipment and critical spare parts. • Support planning of rig mobilization, inspections, and dry-docking activities. • Identify potential risks and constraints related to engineering, design, or execution. • Evaluate schedule and cost impacts of scope changes or emergent maintenance. • Participate in contingency planning and recovery strategies. • Ensure planning activities incorporate HSE (Health, Safety & Environmental) standards and regulatory requirements. • Schedule inspections, certifications, and regulatory audits to maintain compliance. • Support engineering and QHSE teams in implementing safe and reliable project execution. • Prepare project status reports, dashboards, and technical progress updates for management and clients. • Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of planning processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or equivalent). • 3–6 years of experience in project planning, scheduling, or project engineering within offshore drilling, oil & gas, or heavy industry. • Proficiency with planning and scheduling software (Primavera P6, MS Project, SAP Project Systems). • Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills. • Knowledge of offshore drilling operations, asset maintenance, and class/regulatory requirements preferred. • Strong communication skills with ability to work in cross-functional teams.
