📋 Description
• Deliver workshops and presentations to clients • Conduct one-on-one or small group coaching • Perform client-related project management as Project Lead Consultant • Ensure all solutions are integrated and aligned toward client objectives • Track progress in meeting client objectives and adjust when necessary • Maintain a complete and accurate project plan • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred • 8+ years of experience in organizational change, safety, or industrial consulting role • CSP or equivalent, LEAN Green/Black Belt preferred • Ability to develop deep knowledge of DEKRA solutions • Fluency with various Governance structures and metrics • Must be able to work in a variety of client locations and conditions
