📋 Description

• Support execution of change management activities for finance-related initiatives across corporate accounting, financial services and tax functions. • Establish change plans impacting finance business functions. • Conduct and maintain change impact assessments to identify process, role, and system impacts. • Develop and maintain communications, training materials, and change documentation tailored to finance stakeholders. • Partner with project teams, functional stakeholders, and technical teams to support alignment and business readiness. • Create and maintain change deliverables including stakeholder analyses, communication artifacts, training assets, and readiness materials. • Support employee readiness activities including surveys, feedback collection, and follow-up actions. • Execute communications activities to keep stakeholders informed throughout implementation phases. • Support GoLive preparation and post-GoLive stabilization activities to drive adoption and minimize disruption. • Provide ongoing operational change support to reinforce adoption and address resistance as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on change management execution experience. • Experience leading change for large/complex enterprise system implementations within a finance organization is required. • Demonstrated ability to create change deliverables including communications, training materials, and adoption metrics. • Strong execution skills within structured change frameworks. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams within an established framework. • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex changes into clear messaging.
