📋 Description

• review and analyze client drafted terms or outside counsel guidelines • liaise with business and legal teams regarding negotiation of client terms • advise on responses to RFPs/pitches • prepare responses to client audits with assistance from other departments • communicate complex client engagement issues to firm leadership • maintain accurate records of terms negotiations • other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• licensed to practice law • 2+ years of client terms review experience in a large law firm setting • strong oral and written communication skills • excellent customer/client facing skills • strong analytical, interpersonal and organizational skills • methodical with attention to detail • able to negotiate effectively • able to maintain knowledge on client term acceptance standards • ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines
