📋 Description

• Conduct audits to evaluate the effectiveness of current content structures and perform gap analyses to identify areas for improvement. • Partner with UX designers, SEO specialists and other partners to ensure the taxonomy aligns with the content strategy vision. • Develop, and govern taxonomies and ontologies to improve content indexing, tagging, and retrieval processes. • Collaborate with several teams, including marketing, research, and product development, to understand content needs and align content strategy with user and team goals. • Provide training and support to content creators and content managers on the use of taxonomies and best practices for content tagging and organization. • Stay up to date on digital and industry trends to ensure the content strategy practice remains relevant.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field • 5+ years of experience in a strategic content role within an agency or financial services environment • Experience with taxonomy development • Develop POVs, create compelling decks and communicate with clients your vision • Familiarity with content management systems and digital asset management tools • Insurance experience is a plus
