📋 Description
• Serve as the first point of contact for community members seeking non-emergency assistance. • Answer a high volume of incoming calls with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency. • Gather critical information and determine the appropriate city service or resource for each caller. • Recognize emergency or crisis situations and transfer callers to 9-1-1 when appropriate. • Research information using multiple city systems and accurately document all interactions. • Deliver outstanding customer service while helping residents navigate City and County services. • Perform other duties as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• Graduation from high school or possession of a GED, HiSET or TASC Certificate • Requires a valid driver's license at the time of application
