📋 Description

• The Senior Accountant plays a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely reporting of assigned reconciliations • Assist with monthly close processes including revenue, accounts receivable, inventory, payroll, prepaids, fixed assets, and treasury • Assist with monthly consolidation process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to senior management team • Complete monthly account reconciliations, including researching and resolving discrepancies • Work collaboratively with external auditors to provide the appropriate support for annual 401k and financial reporting audits • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline accounting functions • Serve as back-up for other members of the accounting team

🎯 Requirements

• 4 year bachelor’s degree in Accounting required • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience • Experience with banking cash management systems, including processing electronic payments (ACH and Wires) • SAGE Intacct ERP experience preferred but not required • Healthcare industry experience preferred but not required • Active (or actively pursuing) CPA preferred
