📋 Description
• Develop research-based, high-quality learning experiences • Showcase past design projects and speak to their impact • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under tight timelines
🎯 Requirements
• Proven design expertise: Track record of creating effective learning experiences for educators and education leaders • Specialized skills: Expertise in one or more areas: instructional design, assessment design, e-learning development, content writing, and/or UX design • Research-based approach: Strong grounding in adult learning principles and evidence-based instructional design methodologies • Collaborative mindset: Ability to work closely with other designers and cross-functional teams • Experience working directly with K-12 school districts is a plus • Proficiency in relevant design tools is essential
