📋 Description
• Proactively call and message current patients to engage about patient success • Guide patients with knowledge about our product add-on options • Accurately log all interactions in CRM • Navigate dialer systems (e.g., Five9) to manage outbound communication • Maintain daily and weekly quotas for product add-ons • Ensure all required documentation and notes are completed for each interaction • Collaborate with team leads and internal teams as needed
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to work 40 hours per week (full-time) • Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail • Comfortable navigating multiple systems (CRM, dialer, patient portals) • Basic technical proficiency (managing systems) • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to meet performance and productivity targets
