β’ Integration and support for cost and income reserve auto-calculation and increase productivity in operations while improving net working capital. β’ Perform analysis using various systems to determine customer/carrier auto-rating performance. β’ Provide technical, system and/or process expertise and recommendations on company auto-rating stability and standardization across network. β’ Identify and implement process that improve auto-rating. β’ Provide onsite and/or remote support to account owners and/or operational staff regarding processes and TMS related issues. β’ Provide support for Tender Management, Pricing teams, and Operational Sales. β’ Act as triage for all auto-rating failures, analysis of root cause, determine and ensure corrective actions are provided to account owners and/or operational staff. β’ Identify system and process issues and develop recommendations that improve auto rating stability, standardization, and enhance operational accounting efficiencies. β’ Compile, analyze and report customer auto-rating accuracy and communicated issues and resolutions to enhance customer auto-rating. β’ Perform User Acceptance Testing against releases of core systems and/or new tools related to Rate & Contract Management. β’ Identification of functions and offices/users where additional training may be required. β’ Creation/Validation of all Rate & Contract Management training materials and user guides. β’ Ensure regional adherence to global SOP and Rate & Contract Management guidelines. β’ Documentation of regional SOPs and workflows. β’ Define process metrics, measure and establish baselines for on-going Rate & Contract Management reporting. β’ Perform Rate & Contract Management Audits.
β’ Bachelors/Masters Degree preferably in Transportation and Logistics or equivalent technical degree β’ 4-7 years of relevant experience β’ Solid understanding of Freight Operations β’ Strong analytical, critical thinking skills and research capabilities β’ Proactive, positive, enthusiastic and self-driven β’ Strong business acumen, attention to details and strong organizational skills β’ Understanding of Supply Chain Logistics / Freight Forwarding industry β’ Strong oral, written and presentation skills β’ Experienced in analyzing and documenting business processes and workflows β’ Experienced in delivering well-organized and effective presentations and training. β’ Quality management or project management is considered an asset. β’ Fluent in English (oral and written)
