📋 Description

• Recruiting: You’ll be responsible for all candidate inflow and the end-to-end recruiting funnel - we want this experience to run like clockwork • Referrals: You’ll leverage our network to unlock access to Europe’s greatest talent. • Relationship building: You'll build and maintain relationships with future leadership talent • People topics: You'll partner closely with our founders on onboarding, candidate experience, and the foundations of how we hire and grow teams at Duna.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-9 years of experience (but more/less also welcome) • Execution rigour (as opposed to "management") • Relationship building and networking • Collaborative energy • Exceptional culture fit • High ambitions and discipline
