📋 Description
• Serve as a primary support resource for EHR interoperability solutions • Lead complex troubleshooting efforts and root cause analysis • Develop and maintain testing scenarios and test scripts • Document interface mappings and operational considerations
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience supporting healthcare interoperability • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Jira • Ability to manage multiple priorities • Strong documentation and follow-up skills
