📋 Description

• Translate product and experience needs into scalable design system solutions • Partner closely with engineering to evolve the design system • Evaluate product designs for standardization opportunities • Build strong partnerships with cross-functional teams • Lead strategic design system initiatives • Champion design quality through reviews and validations • Partner with front-end engineers for effective code translation • Contribute to design system governance evolution • Champion adoption through consultation and education • Measure adoption and identify improvement opportunities • Mentor designers and foster collaboration • Contribute to ongoing design system operations

🎯 Requirements

• BA or equivalent in related fields • 5-8+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design • 3+ years of dedicated experience contributing to and evolving enterprise design systems • A portfolio that demonstrates scalable design patterns • Expert proficiency in Figma • Exceptional knowledge of accessibility standards • Strong understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, React, or similar) • Strong communication and documentation skills • All applicants must have an online portfolio accompanying their resume/CV.
