📋 Description
• Run detailed and comprehensive reporting to provide insight into client billing status • Investigate invoices on 3rd party billing portals to identify client billing exceptions • Identify root cause of client billing exceptions, and resolve exceptions • Suggest and implement client billing process changes to avoid exceptions • Partner with AR, Cash Applications and Credit departments
🎯 Requirements
• Basic excel skills (ex: VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Formatting) • Articulate and partnership focused communication skills • Organized with strong attention to detail • Collaborative and problem-solving focused
