📋 Description

• Leads end-to-end delivery and performance of the ECMC Scholars Program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and program goals. • Oversees scholarship operations, including eligibility tracking, fund distribution, and coordination with internal and external partners. • Drives program effectiveness through data analysis, defining KPIs, monitoring outcomes, and implementing continuous improvements. • Manages and optimizes program systems and tools to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Develops and maintains program infrastructure, including onboarding materials, agreements, and resources to support sustainability and growth. • Builds and manages relationships with school-based coordinators, postsecondary partners, and vendors to support consistent program delivery. • Provides training, guidance, and support to high school partners to ensure strong execution of program milestones and student engagement. • Leads design and delivery of student-facing programming, communications, and resources across the high school and postsecondary experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 5+ years of experience in program, project, or relationship management • Knowledge of college access, financial aid, or student success programming • Experience working with diverse or underserved student populations • Ability to travel up to 20%
