• Manage and operate the center, providing academic and emotional support to students • Contact new inquiries in a timely manner • Meet with new and returning Oregon students to pick courses • Continuously update student academic plans • Enroll and track courses for learning center students • Assist international students with document authentication • Create and update graduation planners • Track NCAA student progress and update transcripts
• Master’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a learning center or educational organization • Extensive experience working with students with learning and emotional difficulties • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • A commitment to continuous learning and professional development • A passion for education and supporting students with learning and emotional difficulties
