📋 Description

• Responsible for the development, configuration, administration, and support for Fulton Bank's Salesforce implementation with heavy reliance on both FSC and nCino managed packages • Lead the software design and development effort, code reviews, unit testing, deployment strategies, and development of technical documentation • Work closely with the IT Stakeholders and key business partners to understand key business objectives and deploy adaptable, secure, and scalable solutions that meet business needs • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of coding standards, methodology, and processes and procedures • Mentor and train IT Associate Solution Developers and IT Solution Developers in both processes and procedures as well as coding best practices • Demonstrate personal accountability for continuous learning of industry leading practices and techniques

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or the equivalent experience • 7 or more years Applications Development experience • 5 or more years using Salesforce Lightning, Custom Lightning Web Components, Flows and Flow Builder, APEX, APEX Test • 5 or more years experience using one or more of the following Clouds: Financial Services Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud • Preferred: 7 or more years experience with web architectures, security, and technologies and development strategies for scalable applications • Preferred: 1 or more years experience with CI/CD in a Salesforce environment, using tools such as Copado, Gearset and SF DX • Preferred: 1 or more years experience developing nCino-based solutions • Certifications: Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Platform Developer I, Salesforce Platform Developer II (Preferred)
