📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and variance analyses • Support monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes • Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends and insights • Help build and maintain financial models and reporting dashboards (e.g., Excel) • Partner with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial inputs • Conduct ad hoc analysis to support business initiatives and leadership requests • Assist in improving reporting processes and documentation for efficiency and accuracy

🎯 Requirements

• Technical proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis) • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines • Basic understanding of financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow) • Familiarity with financial systems or data tools (e.g., Power BI, SQL, or similar) is a plus
