📋 Description

• Provide partner-level leadership over PCS administrative and operational matters, ensuring consistent execution of practice priorities • Lead PCS scheduling, resource planning, and capacity management efforts in coordination with practice and firm leadership • Oversee the PCS performance review and evaluation process, including calibration and leadership input • Play a central role in PCS compensation planning and execution, ensuring alignment with firm strategy and economics • Serve as a PCS leader for technology implementation, adoption, and process transformation initiatives • Drive standardization, efficiency, and scalability across PCS operational processes • Collaborate nationally with PCS, Tax, and firmwide leaders on strategic and cross-functional initiatives • Support governance, quality, and risk management efforts in partnership with Independence, Quality, and Risk teams • Mentor and develop partner and senior-level leaders across the PCS practice

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field • CPA, JD, or equivalent professional credential • 15+ years of progressive experience in public accounting • Prior experience as a Partner or senior Director/Managing Director • Demonstrated leadership in administrative, operational, or practice management roles
