📋 Description
• Define and maintain the creative vision across eLearning and training projects • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of designers • Collaborate with Instructional Designers to translate learning objectives • Review and approve storyboards and final deliverables • Develop design systems and templates
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years of design experience • 2+ years in a creative leadership role • A portfolio demonstrating exceptional visual design • Proven experience translating instructional content into engaging visual experiences • Strong understanding of visual design principles • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Communication, or related field
